**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Generate and convert leads into sales through excellent customer engagement.
- Provide tailored advice and recommendations on boiler options to meet the customer's specific heating needs.
- Deliver in-home consultations, accurately assess customer requirements, and present clear quotations.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with the latest boiler models, technology, and energy efficiency trends.
- Educate customers about the benefits of upgrading their heating systems, including cost savings and environmental impact.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
- **Administration & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical sales practices.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in boilers, heating systems, or the home improvement sector.
- Background in face-to-face sales or in-home consultations is highly advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of boiler systems, energy ratings, and installation processes is essential (training will be provided).
- **Other Requirements**:

- A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across Scotland for customer consultations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to accommodate customer availability.
