**CRM Administrator - up to £32k plus bonus - Worksop, S80** 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri - 23 plus BH increases by 1 per year up to an extra 5 **CRM Administrator** - the role: - Working directly with the Commercial, Finance and Business Directors as well as Sales, Marketing and IT teams to introduce Microsoft 365 Sales Enterprise across the business. - Working closely with the Microsoft partner to successfully deliver the project, this will include configuration, data migration, UAT and training delivery. - Producing and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports the needs of the project such as development, testing, and support; and managing, preparing, conducting and supporting user acceptance testing and ensuring end user readiness ahead of go-live. - Beyond "Go Live" the role will support Sales, Finance and Marketing teams to develop and maintain core target market data, deliver day-to-day CRM database support, generate reports, and to analyse data. - Working with users and providing support and troubleshooting **CRM Administrator** requirements: - Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and Marketing is essential - As are having strong Excel skills - Experience of evaluating/implementing processes within Dynamics365 CRM would be desirable - As would be experience of implementing minor changes to CRM front end by customising and configurating - You must also have had previous experience in a data led role The **CRM Administrator** will be joining an independent manufacturer and distributor of natural feed additives for animal health, nutrition and biosecurity, supplying over 80 countries worldwide.
