As the Lister, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct valuations, keep in touch with prospective business and put properties on the market.
- Conduct valuations, negotiate offers, and oversee the sales process from start to finish.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, attract new clients, and increase brand awareness in the local market.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
- Drive sales and achieve personal targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a successful estate agent, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of the Bristol property market and surrounding areas.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for opportunities to grow the business.
- Full UK driving license.
