What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Running and developing your own local territory as an estate agency business
• Conducting property valuations and winning instructions
• Providing first-class customer service to vendors and buyers
• Working with warm leads (85% of which are generated for you)
• Managing your schedule and working autonomously from home
• Leveraging national marketing and local knowledge to grow your brand presence

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive experience in Estate Agency at Branch Manager, Valuer, or Lister level
• Proven track record in valuations and instruction winning
• Strong local knowledge or good ties to the Bristol area
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ambition, self-discipline, and the entrepreneurial mindset to build your own business
• NFOPP or ARLA qualifications advantageous but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
• Professional, committed, and customer-focused approach
