Valuer / Lister

**Valuer **to be their expert in Bristol and surrounding area. You will bring your passion for property and exceptional customer service skills to ensure our clients and customers are supported along their property journey. **Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include**:

- Conversion of valuations to instructions
- Managing offer negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback to improve sales
- High levels of compliance handling buyer and seller data
- Engaging and referring customers to property related products

**Skills & Experience for this Valuer role**:

- Experience within estate agency sales or valuations
- Comfortable with core estate agency processes
- Enjoy working with targets
- Sound knowledge of the local property market
- Strong customer service skills
