**In order to succeed in this role;**
- Must be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- The ability to coach, develop and build high performing teams
- A strong commercial acumen and demonstrable business partnering experience whereby you can build strong, professional relationships across the business and influence thinking across all levels of the business
- Excellent analytical skills to be able to interpret financial results, spotting trends and recommendations
- Be a self-starter who is driven and able to identify improvement ideas and follow through on implementing them.
- Demonstrate strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities, excellent planning and organisation, and show a broad interest in systems.

**Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;**
- To business partner with the executive team, providing them with commercial support in order to drive financial performance
- Managing and developing the team of finance professionals
- Supporting the sales team to maximise growth and profitability
- Provide commercial insight and challenge to the business units strategy and initiatives
- A key decision making in implementing new strategies and procedures
- Ensuring that the forecast is accurate and any risks and opportunities are recorded in the forecast
