Customer Growth Executive

What will this role involve?

You will be supporting the development and implementation of the Customer Growth Marketing Strategy. The role will also support the enhancement of the visitor experience at our zoos, maximising visits and revenue. You will co-ordinate the

customer growth and digital marketing campaigns, working within budget and time scales as well as collaborating with our Communications team. The use of Salesforce on-profit to maximize revenue is a key element of the role.

What skills and experience are required?
