**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the Salesforce platform to track sales performance, customer interactions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales management or marketing roles with a track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining focus on achieving results.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week

Additional pay:
