As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:

- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what’s right.

“Here at Paignton we have a friendly team committed to getting to know our members on a personal level whilst delivering a high-quality service. No working day in branch is ever the same. From serving on our counter, opening accounts and holding savings meetings to help inform our customers and support them to meet their financial goals.

As a team we really like to keep busy and are extremely passionate about undertaking purposeful work. We love supporting our local community, volunteering at local schools by preparing and delivering Money Mind sessions, preparing and delivering fraud and scams sessions as well as raising money for local charities. We’ve recently made a donation through our charitable foundation scheme to our local Rowcroft Hospice.

We’re about to embark on an exciting expansion where we will team up with Citizens Advice, helping bring further support to our growing community.
