Facilities Administrator

**Park Homes Ltd have an outstanding opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our friendly, well established company who are located in Cottingley, Bradford.**
The role will be office based with an aspect of travel across the group involved. The hours will be full time Monday
- Friday.
Working as an Facilities Administrator your duties will include:
- Coordinate and actively participate in all in-house planned maintenance works, to ensure that all is completed to the required time frame and standard, with accurate records maintained
- Completing audits and setting actions for improvement within the homes
- Taking maintainence calls and instructing suppliers and contractors
- Managing urgent call outs when required
- Material orders
- Providing reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Recording and montoring costs and expenses for all facilities budgets
- Conducting interviews for the maintainence team
You will have previous experience of carrying out a similar role, together with good working knowledge of construction maintenance. You will also need to have good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
In addition, you will have first class attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful manner.
