Inside Sales Administrator

Hours of work are based on 37.5 Monday to Friday and there will be flexibility around these.

Working within a small team, duties will include:

- Responsible for offering quotes to current & prospective customers
- Speaking with suppliers and negotiating rates, updating information onto the system
- Meet targets set for new customers to be brought onboard whilst maintaining margins set & agreed by Sales director
- Monitor & review all suppliers used for quoting to ensure the customers needs are always met
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our sales system (SalesForce)
- Regular meetings with customers via zoom/in person to build on the relationships
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
