Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.You will work to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships with a key focus on delivering high standards of customer service and upselling.Responsibilities:Completion of RFQ's from customersNegotiating with customers regarding pricing/leadtime for ordersProcessing customer ordersProgressing any customer queries regarding outstanding ordersFacilitating business reviews with customersMaintain regular customer engagementEnsuring the system is updated using active price management including marginsAnalysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availabilityObtaining up to date forecast information for key customersMonthly sales forecasting analysis on key accountsCreation of commercial invoices and supporting of customer declarationsResolving empty bin queries by liaising with customer & purchasing departmentRegular reviews of any inv...
