**In a nutshell**
We are looking for an experienced and professional individual to be responsible for the operational delivery of Masterclasses ensuring that overall control of processes behind successful delivery. Ensuring Recording and actioning all elements of the masterclassesand subsequent updates, including health and safety, stock and delivery systems and venue management. With responsibility for ensuring learner attendance, information and the recording feedback to partners and business.
This role will require you to work on a hybrid basis, both in the field and from home.

**What will you be doing?**
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with business support teams to support the delivery of the academy plan
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing learner and clients assuring the Lifetime brand is synonymous with and recognised for quality of service
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with suppliers and Lifetime Academy venues
- Contributing to ad hoc cross sector/function projects to support the delivery of Lifetime's strategic plan
- Supporting Technical Chef's to prepare for their delivery
- Management of the team of technical trainers, including support and rostering of masterclasses and diary's - travel and accommodation and budget.
- Development and supporting the day-to-day work of the technical trainers including development plans 121s and all aspects team performance metrics
**What will you bring to the role?**
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience
- Recognised qualification in cookery
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
- Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Competent in digital skills and technology
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Experience of working autonomously
- Experience of preparing, cooking and finishing a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes
- Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
- The ability to role model Lifetime's DNA
