In this role you shall be:

- Booking and providing effective management of all viewing appointments
- Diligent management of keys and the authorisation of access
- Detailed tenancy referencing and due diligence
- Accurate preparation and service of all initial tenancy documentation
- Organise Check in and Check out inventory reports
- Efficient administration of utility and Council Tax notifications
- Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Assist and carry out any other lettings cycle work deemed as necessary within the office

Key Competences:

- Confident in undertaking a high volume of administrative tasks
- Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience in a customer service role

Behavioural Competences:

- Upbeat, self motivated with a positive can do attitude
- Effective communicator
- Eager to improve and develop standing within company
- Able to multi-task and see projects to the end
- Effective under pressure
