**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused Payroll Administrator to join our team based in Uxbridge.

**Job Type**: 6 Month FTC - Full Time.

**Pay Rate**: £25,000 per annum.

**Working Hours**: 40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday 09:30 Hrs to 17:30 Hrs.

**Start Date**: Immediately.

**Role Summary**:
Tenon fm are currently recruiting for an efficient Payroll Administrator. You will be responsible for the management and processing of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of all data inputted, including timesheets, statutory payments, holidays, absences and any other payroll data, to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.

**Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include**:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will provide accurate and timely payroll service ensuring that deadlines are met for all payroll related activities. You will be responsible for, and not limited to:

- Dealing with internal and external queries relating to Pay, Tax & Pensions
- Processing end-to-end payroll
- Managing Time & Attendance system
- Ensuring that all documentation is received in a timely manner
- Preparing monthly payrolls using payroll software
- Payroll related administrative tasks
- Assisting the Payroll Manager in improving payroll processes where appropriate
- Processing of statutory documentation such as payslips, P45, P46 and P60's
- Liaising with HMRC where necessary
- Processing starters and leavers and keeping up to date with legislation
- Calculating and deducting all statutory requirements
- Monthly housekeeping of Pension plans

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Proven experience of working in a Payroll Administration role, preferably in a fast-paced service-industry such as facilities management, retail, hospitality, for white and blue collar employees
- End-to-end payroll knowledge, with a working knowledge of payroll and time and attendance software. Experience of working with Templa, SelectPay, Timegate would be advantageous
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite with a particular focus on Excel
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience of managing employee files & Right to Work documents
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines with a common-sense approach
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Have an understanding of TUPE IN/OUT processes would be advantageous
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values.
- Working towards CIPP certification would be advantageous, but not essential

Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided. You will need to present and conduct yourself in a professional, courteous and appropriate manner in accordance with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines and values.
