Care Outlook is a growing organisation generating annual revenue of £14m and we are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to our team.

This role supports both payroll and branch administration. You will work with staff timesheets and provide general office and recruitment admin support to help keep the branch compliant and running smoothly.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will collect and review timesheets, enter data accurately, and address basic pay queries. You will also assist with tasks such as DBS submissions and onboarding paperwork for new starters.

Salary £24,000
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:

Collect and review timesheets from branches to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Input timesheet data into the payroll and rostering systems.
Liaise with staff and coordinators to resolve missing or incorrect information.
Support the finance team by preparing payroll data and reports.
Answer and make calls, dealing with staff and client enquiries professionally.
Use Microsoft 365 and our internal systems for daily admin tasks.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including application forms, DBS submissions and scanning/file management.
Support general office administration such as filing, scanning and data entry.

Your skills and personal attributes:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and data.
Confident using IT systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Good communicator who can handle a high volume of calls in a polite and professional way.
Well organised and able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
A team player who can also use their own initiative.
