Associate/senior Associate

The Corporate & Commercial team work across all sectors on a variety of corporate transactions and corporate matters that are non-transactional in nature. They advise UK and international clients from fast-growing start-ups/scale-ups to listed companies.Many of the team have come from large city firms and while the quality of work is comparable the culture and ethos within the team is friendly and collegiate.
The opportunity
The role will involve assisting and advising on all aspects of company law, private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and other constitutionaldocuments, demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations. Additionally there is the opportunity to be involved with AIM flotations, takeovers and other public company work, commercial lending and security, financing and refinancing of businesses.
Who we are looking for
- Admissions to the Solicitor Roll
- 2:1 Degree or higher preferred
- We are seeking applicants who are confident in dealing with the full range of corporate processes
