We are currently seeking a Senior Project Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Project Associate at ICON, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes. What You Will Be Doing: Supporting the development and execution of project plans, focusing on administrative and operational tasks. Assisting in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations and communication. Providing guidance and support to junior associates, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. Contributing to the development of project documentation and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project support strategies. Participating in project planning and decision-making processes, ensuring the integrity and transparency of project support activities. Your Profile: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Significant experience in project management and support, with a proven track record of assisting successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Prior experience with filing and management of eTMF documents required Proficiency in project management tools and software, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
