We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Leader based in the UK to add to our talented team of professionals. **What You'll Do**
- You will independently lead and manage a group of key accounts (experience is a must)
- You will grow net new business from ground up and expand existing business
- You’ll lead both RFPs and sole sourced opportunities
- You will manage customer relationships across business, IT and procurement
- You will have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics
- You’ll have exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Establish and manage client relationship with key decision makers
**What You Need**
- Experience in the above for developer technology preferred. If this is not available, then experience in selling technology services (i.e. software development and testing managed services)
- 5 - 10 years of overall work experience with 3 - 5 years in account leadership
- Experience in the media, financial or telecom industry (s) a plus
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
