**About the Job -**
As a confident and proactive Field Sales Lead Generator, you’ll be responsible for door-to-door canvassing to generate high-quality leads for eco home solutions including solar PV, battery storage, and air source heat pumps.
You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers—raising awareness, sparking interest, and booking appointments for the sales team to follow up. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing green energy business and make a direct impact.
- You will be responsible for canvassing residential areas to generate interest in renewable energy solutions.
- Educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, battery and air source heat pump installs.
- Booking appointments for in-house sales consultants to follow up.
- Logging and tracking leads accurately
- Supporting occasional events or local community outreach when required
- Representing the business professionally and positively within the community.
**About you -**
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, promotions, or customer-facing roles.
- Self-motivated and target driven with effective communication skills.
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking to homeowners.
- Well-presented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
