**Salary: £9. 50ph**

As a Mailroom Operator with Restore Digital, you will be handling confidential data for a high-profile customer from preparing, processing and quality checking fiche and film documents onto a system to be accessible digitally.

**Working Pattern Options**:
6am - 2pm - Mon to Fri (37.5 hours a week)

2pm - 10pm - Mon to Fri (37.5 hours a week)

**Responsibilities**
- Follow guidelines and procedures for either preparing, processing and quality checking electronic documents
- Work well as a team to achieve scanning volume targets and all quality standards
- Communicate effectively and cooperatively with all colleagues and management

**About you**:
This project is a fast paced, high-volume project with tight deadlines. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, amongst a flexible work ethic, are essential for this role. Some further skills required:

- IT Literate (navigate around a computer and use basic functionality)

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertaken in the UK every year.
