**Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am -4:00pm/ 6:00am - 2:30pm**

**Salary: £9.50 p/h**

Restore PLC has an exciting opportunity to join the team in our Bilston site. If you’ve got experience in admin or warehouse roles fantastic However, experience isn’t required.

So long as you’re a team player, able to handle a relatively physical role whilst being reliable and organised with a good eye for detail, you’ll easily be able to get up to speed.

As a Mailroom Operative your main responsibilities will be prepping documents, making sure that all the documents we are checking are correct and accounted for to the customer's specifications. The role will also involve scanning documents through our large scanning machines, quality checking work and some data input using computers.

Full training will be given.

You will be working to a high level of accuracy and liaising with section leaders to understand customer requirements and ensuring workloads are managed efficiently, effectively, and that Restore Digital objectives are met.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow guidelines and procedures for processing documents
- Prepping documents, scanning documents and quality checking
- Work well as a team to achieve our volume targets and all quality standards
- Data input using the computers
- Communicate effectively and cooperatively with all colleagues and management

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
