As a Mailroom Operative with Restore, you will be handling confidential data for customers, preparing, checking and scanning documents onto a system to be accessible digitally. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills and we will provide full training and support to ensure you have all the tools you need to do a great job

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow guidelines and procedures for processing documents
- Prepare documents for scanning i.e. removal of staples, folds, attachments etc
- Work well as a team to achieve scanning volume targets and all quality standards
- Communicate effectively and cooperatively with all colleagues and management

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
