We are currently recruiting for an established and successful manufacturing business who are looking for a Logistics and Office Coordinator to join their team. The Logistics and Office Coordinator will assist in the tracking of stock, transport, checking incoming certificates of analysis and producing outbound materials.

**Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to**:

- To allocate batch numbers and issue production labels
- To book transport for customer collections, and stock transfers, and generate the paperwork, to include insurance for goods, where necessary
- To produce the weekly order and production summary for distribution to colleagues
- To ensure raw material samples are taken and stored correctly
- To send samples for analysis in line with procedures
- To check the specification of incoming and outgoing goods
- To arrange product samples for new and existing customers
- To ensure original documents are filed and stored correctly
- To check and sign off completed paperwork
- To maintain and check stock levels for consumables in the office and factories
- To work full time in the office
- To assist in travel arrangements for colleagues and for visitors

- To be a highly proactive individual, driven to meet and exceed expectations
- Flexible approach to working
- Excellent networking, communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop effective working relationships and credibility in role
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines whilst paying great attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation skills and be cost conscious when researching and procuring products and services on behalf of the company
- Effective team player and maintain a professional manner with colleagues and customers at all times
