Here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, we’re on the lookout for a Neighbourhood Lead - Safeguarding to join our team. You’ll mentor, motivate, and develop a team of Community Housing Officers across Yorkshire and strive to deliver an outstanding customer experienceand market making service.

As Neighbourhood Lead, you’ll take ownership of service performance and take action to resolve problems first. You’ll drive efficiency and value for money, through effectively managing budgets and through contributing to contract management. You’ll operateas a technical expert in Safeguarding, being a champion and sharing your skills and knowledge across the team.

**Our Team**

Our team is really lovely (if we don’t mind saying so ourselves). We’re led by Robbie our Regional Neighbourhood Manager, and you will work with likeminded people who are passionate about delivering outstanding services for our customers. As well as providingsupport to the organisation, we support each other too. We work hard but we also like to have fun

**Is this the job for me?**

We’re looking for someone who either holds a Level 4 CIH (chartered institute of housing) qualification or equivalent, or someone who is willing to work towards this. You’ll have experience in a similar role, leading a dispersed team, and be able to demonstrateknowledge in housing management across all tenures. A great communicator who puts customers at the heart of everything you do, you’ll enjoy working at pace with colleagues across the business and like making decisions.

A natural leader who has an effective coaching style, you’ll be able to address concerns when team members are not able to and be comfortable when it comes to giving constructive feedback. You’ll be able to support or manage projects and be adaptable andopen to change.
