Interested in inheriting an established recruitment branch and a successful desk?
Our clients Hertfordshire branch is one of their fastest growing and has become a premier regional provider of temporary nurses, carers and support workers. Due to an internal restructure and promotion, they are now looking for a billing Branch Manager tocontinue its growth and development.
You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities and be responsible for hiring, training, and development of our team. You will inherit an established temporary recruitment desk that is focussed on thesupply of temporary nurses, carers and support workers - previous sales experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
They supply to a variety of clients including private hospitals, and nursing homes. Our reputation for quality and reliable staffing solutions has enabled us to build long-term, knowledge based relationships with our clients and healthcare workers like.They are always keen to hear from recruiters who want to work in an environment promoting autonomy, trust and empowerment.
As Branch Manager you will provide support and development to the sales team. Their consultants run their desks as they would their own businesses - they encourage ownership & accountability and believe passionately in empowering our people to perform.
They have offices throughout England and plans to expand across the UK in the coming years.

You will support the team to ensure they are based placed to generate new business and developing existing business through telephone and face to face sales activities and ensuring profitability through sales, marketing, recruitment and administration.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong sales experience
- Experience hiring and training individuals
