**Clinical Governance Administrator | Wirral | Full time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | £22,327 per annum**

Spire Murrayfield Hospital, Wirral is currently looking for an experienced Governance Administrator to join their Clinical Governance Team.

- As our new Governance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting administration of internal quality systems and processes in order to support the maintenance of all external accreditations. _
- You will also be supporting the Clinical Governance Lead in the distribution and liaison arrangements for information, including data input/cleansing analysis, draft presentations and reports in order to support the administration of the clinical governance framework. _

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance Team
- To support the Health and Safety Officer in coordinating and implementing the delivery of Health, Safety and Risk strategies at the facility
- Assisting the Health and Safety officer in ensuring the provision of high quality and safe care and services at all times
- To manage the hospitals staff training system (Myrus)

**Who we're looking for**:

- Strong and high level of administration skills
- Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft excel
- Minute taker to a high standard
- Able to use a range of different systems, monitor trackers, action logs
- Previous governance experience (desirable)
- Healthcare experience (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload, plan ahead and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Prepare and draft reports and presentations
- Excellent attention to detail - monitor various different trackers and action plans
- Proactive, a supportive team player with excellent customer service ethic and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative with diplomacy, confidentiality and tact

**Contract type**:_Permanent, Full-time _

**Working hours**: _Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm _
