**About the role**
In this key role, you will ensure the pro-active diary management for both the Head of School and the Head of Operations, ensuring that key priorities are accounted for in both the short and long term. You will ensure processes are continually reviewed, providing both direction and support on business and operational processes. Building relationships is key, you will be the first point of contact for many staff and visitors, ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained. In addition, you will take responsibility for general administration and secretarial support for both the Head of School and Head of Operations and provide assistance to the wider senior management team and servicing committees.

**About you**
With work experience in a relevant role, you will understand the importance of working in an environment where discretion and confidentiality is key. You will have experience of managing multiple diaries in an electronic scheduling system as well as experience of managing systems and accurate record keeping. Organisational skills are key, alongside the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be able to communicate to a wide range of audiences using a variety of methods appropriate to the situation. We are looking for a self-starter with a pro-active approach to work but also someone who can multi-task, working accurately and with attention to detail.
