Join our on-site catering team at the beautiful Leeds Castle in Kent.

We’re looking for the next events superstar to join our team

Your responsibilities will include:

- Event Management. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private parties.
- Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- 24-hour response to both Leeds Castle and clients in relation to all enquiries
- Team Leadership. Lead and mentor the events team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Budget Management. Work to budgets effectively, ensuring profitability and cost control for all events.
- Venue Liaison. Act as a point of contact between Graysons Restaurant and Leeds Castle, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an events coordinator role, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
- Strong organisation and communication skills. Proven track record of managing a range of events.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

The role typically requires working standard business hours (8.30AM to 5PM) on weekdays.

On event days, extended hours are necessary, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, depending on the event schedule.

Flexibility is essential, as the nature of event management often demands availability outside of standard working hours to accommodate client needs and ensure successful event execution.

Own transport is essential due to the location.
