**Food & Beverage Server**

**Job Duties**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Server. Prior restaurant front of house experience is essential for this position.

Our role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to our guests. The role primarily involves serving food and beverages, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction Friday to Sunday. Addition Wednesday & Thursday may be available at a later date, if desired.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Deliver orders to tables and ensure accuracy.
Provide recommendations on menu items and up sell specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a full service restaurant is essential.

Must be over 18 years old to serve alcohol

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Must be legally eligible to work in The UK

**Schedule**:

- Fridays: 5PM-11PM - Saturdays: 3PM-11PM - Sundays: 1PM-8PM

**Benefits**:

Pay: Up to £11.45 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
