**We're looking for a F&B Team Leader to join us here at Rowallane, who will take on the responsibility of training our team members, helping prepare food when needed and ensure the shifts are running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.**

**The Hours**:37.5 Hours per week, working a mix of weekday & weekend work on a rota basis, ensuring you don't work every weekend.

**The Salary**:£21,021 - £21,450 dependent upon experience.

**Duration**:Fixed term contract for 12 months from your agreed start date, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

**Interview Date: 25 April**

- It's a 7 day a week operation, opening from 10am-4pm in the winter, and 10-6 in the summer. _

Transport: Your own mode of transport is welcomed, but there are also good local bus links which take you close to the property.

You may be required to work across two properties in the portfolio, but this will be further discussed at interview stage.

What you'll be doing:With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.

As a Team Leader will support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
