We are recruiting for a part time weekend position on Friday & Saturday evenings from 5pm until 10pm and on Sundays from 1pm to 8pm.

**Job Duties**:
As a valued member of our team, a food runner typically includes responsibilities such as delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders, assisting servers with refilling drinks or clearing tables, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.

1.Food Delivery**: Transporting food orders accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to the appropriate tables, ensuring that each dish matches the customer's order.

2. **Coordination with Kitchen Staff**: Communicating effectively with chefs and kitchen staff to prioritise orders and ensure prompt delivery of meals.

3. **Customer Interaction**: Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner when delivering food orders, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience.

4. **Table Maintenance**: Assisting servers by clearing tables and resetting tables for the next guests to maintain a clean and organised dining environment.

5. **Quality Control**: Inspecting dishes before delivery to ensure they meet quality standards in terms of presentation, temperature, and completeness.

6. **Teamwork**: Collaborating closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other restaurant team members to provide excellent customer service and support overall restaurant operations.

7. **Time Management**: Managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritising responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service hours.

8. **Cleanliness and Sanitation**: Adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including washing hands regularly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £7.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
