**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring all food is fresh and of high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and efficient workflow.
- Baking
- Cooking and Kitchen porter duties when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, with a focus on meal preparation and food safety practices.
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and best practices for safe food handling.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £12.30-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballynahinch BT24 7AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
