**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic maths for tab calculations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide assistance to fellow team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and tab calculations.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
