Barback/bartender

We are the Big Easy. Been around for over 27years, Have live music seven days a week and have a delicious menu from lobster to smoked ribs. We have a big team and all enjoy work together to create a positive atmosphere within our team.

As a Bartender you will be trusted to represent the Big Easy Brand to our guests as well as the team.

You will be Brand Ambassador possessing strong interpersonal skills as well as an ability to multitask.

You will contribute to the success of the business by maintaining high standards of cocktails presentation, service and Bar knowledge ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable service.

This role will help you to take first steps towards your future career.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
