Now is a great time to joing the We are looking for a HR Team Leader to join our SSCL partnership within the Human Resources Operations family. You’ll be leading the team to resolve issues such as pay queries, including bonus and overtime payments, amendmentto contractual hours, shift allowances and equipment purchases.
Working within the team, you will be the direct report for six HR operatives, offering mentorship, guidance and support, as well as resolving more complex queries.
This is a hybrid role, working Monday and Wednesday in the office with Tuesday, Thursday and Friday remote.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Support a team within HR operations to provide direction and advice on employee life cycle queries and where required provide training and development
- Support the wider team on resolution of complex queries, tackle inherently more difficult pieces of work
- Identify preventative measures to streamline processes
- Ensure that high level of quality is provided by all members of the team and providing guidance where required
- Provide ongoing maintenance and update of procedures and distribution of relevant information to process assistants
- Run reports, extract, and analyse the data as the service requires, often using spreadsheets and statistical techniques to present
- Provide admin support where necessary
**What you’ll bring**:

- Prior experience dealing with complaints
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
**It would be great if you had**:
- Solid understanding of Oracle
- Prior managerial experience
