We are seeking an organised, proactive and ambitious Operations Support professional to strengthen the operational performance of our North East region. This is a key role supporting the Regional Director across all aspects of daily operations, from scheduling and administration to team support and recruitment.

It is a fast-paced and rewarding role that offers real variety and the opportunity to grow. Full training will be provided, so if you have the right mindset and relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the daily scheduling and planning of jobs using PODFather
- Ensure that field teams have everything they need, including the right equipment, vehicles and information
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment, including arranging and supporting interviews
- Provide administrative support with fleet and equipment management
- Work closely with the Regional Director on team planning and the resolution of customer issues

**What We Are Looking For**
- Experience in operations, logistics, customer service or people support
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using digital systems and open to learning new tools
- A confident communicator who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Ideally able to interpret a Profit and Loss statement
- Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
