**Band 4: £26,530 -£29,114**

**This is an new opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the established integrated sexual health service in Bradford focusing on the outreach and prevention element of sexual health service including joint service delivery with Yorkshire MESMAC.**

Bradford sexual health service is excited to recruit to a new innovative role within its clinical outreach model to support the expansion of existing outreach delivery.

The post holder will be required to allocate a proportion of their time to work with Yorkshire MESMAC in the delivery of the overall sexual health model. Information for Yorkshire MESMAC can be found here: Bradford - Yorkshire MESMAC

The post holder would be joining a well-established multi-disciplinary team of advanced nurse practitioners, nurses, prevention workers, engagement workers and partnership managers, where partnership working is integral to the delivery of sexual health care within the community. The post holder will work in collaboration with key partners and stakeholders across the districts to develop, implement and evaluate sexual health interventions.

This is a new opportunity for an experienced health care assistant or equivalent with advanced skills to work autonomously and under the supervision and guidance of the senior clinician.
