Bradford District Care Trust has an exciting opportunity to join the trust as a mental health practitioner within Children Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). We are looking to recruit experienced band 6 practitioners (nurses, social workers, occupational therapists) into CAMHS. Assessments / Risk Assessments / Interventions / Autonomous working The role will consist of completing assessments of mental heath need. Assessments can cover a variety of presentations and take place in different settings. Assessments will be delivered in a clinic setting as well as within the community. There is a need for assessments to take place in ward settings to support young people back into the community. **Closing Date**: 01/12/2024 **Short Listing Date**: 02/12/2024 **Interview Date**: 09/12/2024 To contribute to the development and provision of services to children and young people with complex mental health needs. We support children and young people with moderate to severe mental health presentations in the community. We work with risk in the community to prevent hospital admission where possible and manage crisis when needed. Within CAMHS mental health practitioners deliver a range of therapeutic interventions to children and young people. Therapeutic interventions are offered to support acute presentations where risk has increased as
