**The Role**:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a HR Advisor who has ideally working in manufacturing, engineering or the building and construction industry. This role require someone who is confident with ER
- Supporting employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievances, sickness)
- Providing advice on a full range of human resource issues, recruitment, terms and conditions of employment; benchmarking; discipline and grievance; absence management; harassment and bullying; employee relations; basic employment law; company policy and best practice

**The Person**:
For this role our client is looking for someone who has:

- CIPD level 3 or 5
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with experience of a multi-site environment
- Excellent ER knowledge
- Located in West Midlands

**The Location**:
West Midlands

T**he Salary**:
Very competitive

**The Hours**:
37.5hr week Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
