We are looking for dynamic, experienced and qualified residential team leader who has a passion for working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in this challenging and rewarding field and make a positive difference in the lives of the young people you support. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your input and expertise.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ level 3 in children's residential desirable
- Experience working with children within a residential home
- Individuals who believe they can achieve the best outcomes for our young people.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dunstable (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dunstable: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
