**Position**: Immediate start - Reports to Manager

**Job Objective**:To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

**Requirements**:You should:

- have proof of right to work in the UK, able to converse in English and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook will be helpful
- Be flexible for early and late shifts

**Main responsibilities**

**Lobby area responsibilities as a Lobby Porter**:

- A Lobby Porter is responsible for **cleaning and vacuuming the banquet rooms and public restrooms, vacuuming and dusting the hotel corridor, hallways, lobbies, and elevator lobbies, and trash removal**. They also **greet guests during arrival and departure, retrieve guests' luggage, escort guests, describe room facilities, verify luggage, and ensure the lobby area is in order and clean**. Other responsibilities may include carrying and labelling guests’ luggage, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, directing guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room, arranging taxi services upon request, running errands for guests and employees, fixing minor technical issues, reporting damages, calling technicians, and monitoring repairs.

**While as a Bar Person Responsibilities**:

- **A* **Bar Staff* usually performs many of the following tasks:

- **Serving** drinks and food
- **Washing** dishes and glasses
- **Entertaining** and talking with customers
- **Stocking** drinks, glasses, etc

**Preferences**: A background in hospitality industry, Bar Service and customer service will be preferred for the role.

**Training**: Full basic-training will be provided to meet the requirements of role.
