We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Night Luggage Porter** to join our team.

This position will support the Head and Night Concierge and facilitate guest experiences in a unique and sincere way, ensuring that every guest and visitor of the hotel receives a warm and courteous welcome.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide Luggage Porter services, and Car Valet Services during the night day
- Ensure that Guest Service is supported through capturing and sharing information with the aim of personalising each interaction with our guests to facilitate guest experiences in a unique way
- Connect guests to Kensington neighbourhood (primarily) and London (secondary) through personal professional contacts and experiences
- Ensure continued personal development in the knowledge of local area, London, and other Concierge related areas
- Ensure that hotel entrance and lobby are manned and every guest and visitor receives a warm and courteous welcome
- Ensure that all Front of House areas are cleaned and presentable at all time
