Join our team as an Actuarial Trainee and kick-start your actuarial career. You’ll support key projects that shape how we assess risk, price products, and deliver value to customers—all while studying towards qualification.

You’ll work on real business challenges, from technical analysis and reporting to improving models and processes. We’re hiring to grow our actuarial capability and develop future talent. **About the role**
- Support actuarial analysis and reporting using standard techniques and tools.
- Contribute to business-as-usual tasks and project work across the Finance & Actuarial teams: Business Quality Management, New Business Reporting, Pensions and Protection Pricing.
- Assist in maintaining and improving actuarial models, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Help identify risks and suggest improvements to processes and controls.
- Progress through actuarial exams with support from a structured study programme.

**About you**
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Graduate in a mathematical discipline with an interest in actuarial science or currently studying towards the actuarial exams
- Fewer than 4 scoring passes at Core level of actuarial qualification.
- Good understanding of life and pensions products and actuarial techniques.
- Proficient in Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Clear and confident communication skills—written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage workload effectively
