**Lettings Negotiator**

We are looking for an upbeat, courteous and professional person to join a small hardworking team. We set high standards in the service we offer our clients and need someone who can be the go-between landlords and tenants, completing deals. We can offer Full or Part time work

**About Us**

We are a growing, family run business that have been operating in the private rented sector for over 20 years. We cover all aspects of property services from lettings, sales, property management and maintenance. The team is small and reliant on each other, so applicants must be reliable, organised and be great communicators. The office is a relaxed and light hearted environment whereby the business owners are involved in the day to day roles of the staff offering continued support.

**The Day to Day Role**
- You will be expected to respond to lettings enquiries, arranging and attending viewings.
- Relay information about applicants to landlords, carrying out referencing and drawing up occupational contracts
- Completing inventory condition reports of properties we let.
- Inspecting properties and organising maintenance work with contractors
- Moving tenants out of properties and checking over the condition properties are returned in, then negotiating deposit deductions

**About You**

You need to be a highly motivated, team player who can provide sensible input when conversing on property matters. Previous experience is isn't a must but a general interest in property and property investment is. You also need to be adaptable in your handling of clients showing compassion but also the ability to be firm and fair when dealing with people from all walks of life with different issues, such as tenant maintenance problems and landlords with financial concerns. Applicants are expected to always be presentable and professional.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, Saturday work available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
