Northwood Cardiff are looking for a driven and hard-working Lettings Negotiator to join our office in Rhiwbina Village, Cardiff. This is an opportunity to join a Lettings team within the local office of an established Estate Agency and Lettings Business.

Northwood Cardiff is a family owned and run business who have been working with people in Cardiff and Newport for over 20 years. We are part of a network of franchisees that own and operate over 85 branches nationally, receiving the backing of a central office that delivers an expert support system and training programme to enable individuals to thrive.

You must be a strong and resilient character who is a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timely manner, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, proactive and willing to work both alone and as part of our Lettings team. You will have an outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate planning and organisational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out viewings and feedback to landlords
- Process appointments and feedback to landlord
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Chasing up leads and generating new business
- Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
- Deal with customer enquiries effectively
- Ensure focus on own development
- Resolve complaints
- Escalate queries outside of own authority level
- Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
- Carry out property inspections
- Carry out move ins

Driving licence essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
