Full Job Description & Person Specification

An enthusiastic, hardworking, results driven individual is required to join our lettings and sales team. We are an established independent letting agent in and around Cardiff, seeking to consolidate and expand our current rental and sales portfolios.

The role offers a great deal of variety and will involve dealing with enquiries from tenants and landlords, conducting viewings of properties, carrying out inspections, preparing pre and post tenancy inventories, and completing the relevant administration processes for rentals of property.

Key Activities

Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate
Applicant care in line with company procedures
Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Efficiently deal with all rental enquiries
Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
Organising viewings/diary
Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork

Person Specification

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus
Desire to meet and exceed targets
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full driving licence
Must be ambitious and highly motivated
Superb negotiating skills
Being responsible for negotiating lets and sales
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Local knowledge of the required area
