The Clinical Lead will support and oversee the day-to-day delivery, operation and overall performance of the current and future Health and Wellbeing (H&WB) services. This includes the current clinical services of Counselling, Health Assessment, Health and Wellbeing Practitioners, Trainers, Children's Services and Staff Health and Wellbeing Practitioners. However, the services on offer will expand and the role will incorporate other areas of Health & Wellbeing

**Essential**:
**You will have**:
You will hold a Level 7 qualification as a Qualified Counsellor / Occupational Therapist / Psychotherapist / Mental Health Nurse / Clinical or Occupational Psychologist / Physiotherapist / Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and be a Member of BACP / BABCP / HCPC / NMC / BPS

Hold a training qualification such as PTTLS, Cert-Ed or Level 3 award in Learning and Development. (Desirable)

Experienced clinical supervisor able to provide group supervision and reflective practise

Post graduate studies in occupational health, employability, or disability management (Desirable)

Relevant significant experience of working at a management level in large third sector or commercial organisation

Extensive relevant clinical experience in a range of multiple settings including, but not limited to, Children’s services, Justice, Employability, Mental Health services etc
