**What do our Accommodation Advisors do?**

Working in partnership with the Prison and Probation Service, you’ll work with a caseload of clients in the Derby & Chesterfield community and, provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs. You’ll carry out initial assessments to understand each person’s specific needs to agree a tailored action plan. This may include the provision of support to end or sustain a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice and liaison with other agencies. You’ll provide support face to face with individuals and groups.
