**This is a hybrid working role, feeding into a central branch in Derby**

- Basic salary: £20,000 - £28,000 _dependent on experience _+ guaranteed monthly amount whilst building a pipeline for up to 6 months
- Uncapped commission scheme - OTE £40,000 -60,000

**Are you good at**
- Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on all opportunities whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained
- Collaborating with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals
- Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach

**Your responsibilities**
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
- Work in branch 2 days a week and remotely for the remaining 3
- Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client
- Generate your own leads and business
- Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

**The finer details**
- **MUST have CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent**:

- **Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor is essential**

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
